Product Description

Hyaluronidase is an enzyme (compounded by special pharmacies) that causes hydrolysis (breakdown) of hyaluronic acid. It is often referred to as a reversal agent for hyaluronic acid fillers. When the enzyme is injected it dissolves the synthetic hyaluronic acid filler, leaving your own intact. Liporase Hyaluronidase is made in Korea. It is used to dissolve hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers that have been placed incorrectly, excessively, or unevenly. 

  Liporase can be used to dissolve Dermal Fillers or to maximise the strength of lipodissolve injections. Liporase, also knowns as Hyaluronidase, is a tissue modifier indicated as an adjuvant in subcutaneous fluid administration for achieving hydration, to increase the dispersion and absorption of other injected drugs, and in subcutaneous urography for improving resorption of radiopaque agents.

Liporase hyaluronidase is made in Korea and it is approve by KFDA. Hyaluronidase is used to dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers that have been placed incorrectly, excessively, or unevenly. It is injected into the same locations that the filler already is. Hyaluronidase is also used in emergency situations where dermal filler has been inadvertently injected into an artery causing occlusion of the blood supply. - Those with hypersensitivity to hyaluronidase or any other ingredient in the formulation is not allowed to use this product
- Discontinue recombinant (hyaluronidase human injection) if sensitization occurs.
- Hyaluronidase should not be used to enhance the absorption and dispersion of dopamine and/or alpha agonist drugs.
- Hyaluronidase should not be injected into or around an infected or acutely inflamed area because of the danger of spreading a localized infection.
- Hyaluronidase should not be used to reduce the swelling of bites or stings.
- Hyaluronidase should not be used for intravenous injections because the enzyme is rapidly inactivated.
- Furosemide, the benzodiazepines and phenytoin have been found to be incompatible with hyaluronidase.
- Anaphylactic-like reactions following retrobulbar block or intravenous injections have occurred, rarely.
- Hyaluronidase should not be applied directly to the cornea. It is not for topical use.

Description and composition

USES 1

To remove filler, hyaluronidase can be injected to dissolve the hyaluronic acid in dermal fillers.

1. Mix 3cc of saline to 1 vial of Hyaluronidase, it could disslove 3cc of hyaluronic acid.

2. Hyaluronidase is injected, along with lidocaine (and sometimes epinephrine), into the area where the fller needs to be dissolved.

3. Hyaluronic acid fller will start to be dissolve right away, and it will be absorb by the body in a few hours.

USES 2

To increase the effect of lipodissoving injection, hyaluronidase can be added to the cocktails of fat melting injection.

1.Build the impact of PPC treatment for fat evacuation: blend 2 ampoules of PPC with 1 vial of Liporase.

2.LLD Treatment for fat evacuation (as PPC treatment)

1.Subcutaneous injection (bulk subcutaneous injection)

Dssolve 1,500 l.U. as hyaluronidase in 1 mL of water for injection or physiological saline injection, and inject into the affected area before starting subcutaneous injection, or at the beginning of the injection into a tube approximately 2 cm above the injection needle. When administering 500-1000 mL of sap, 1 ,500 l.U. is appropriate. In children and the elderly, the rate and total dosage of fluids should be carefully controlled, especially in the case of renal impairment.

2.Subcutaneous or Muscle Injection

Dissolve 1 ,500 l.U. of Glutamate directly in the solution to be administered.

3.Local Anesthetic

Dissolve in 1 ,500 I.U. of Local Anesthetic Injection. For ophthalmic use, a concentration of 15 I.U./mL is recommended.

4.Extravasation

If diffusion occurs rather than topically, dissolve 1 ,500 I.U. of L. pylori in 1 mL of water or physiological saline solution and infiltrate the lesion as soon as possible after vascular outflow.

5.Hematoma

Dissolve 1 ,500 l.U. in 1 mL of water for injection or saline solution and infiltrate the affected area. This drug is dissolved in the solution to be administered with about 1 mL of water for injection immediately before use. Subcutaneous injections should be isotonic with extracellular fluid in the body. It can be combined with commonly used infusions. A large number of subcutaneous injections has been reported with physiological saline, 0. 18% sodium chloride 4% glucose, 0.45% sodium chloride 2.5% glucose and 5% glucose injection. Potassium is administered at 34 mmol/ L in isotonic glucose or physiological saline. Fluid-containing fluids are more suitable than fluid-free fluids and should not be injected too quickly. It is used in combination with morphine, diamorphine, hydromorphine, chlorpromazine, metoclopramide, promazine, dexamethasone, local anesthetics and epinephrine.

Indications to using the product:

• Fibro-sclerotic form of cellulites.

Composition:
Depolymerizing enzyme hyaluronidase 1500 c.u. (activity is expressed in conditional units)

To Dissolve Filler:

- Draw 1ml of saline solution 0.9%.
- To dissolve more volume of filler, draw up 10ml of saline solution 0.9%.
- Inject the saline solution into the little bottle of Liporase until it's full.
- Mix it gently by rotating the Hyaluronidase bottle very gently.
- Draw back the mixed solution into the syringe.
- Inject it slowly into the filler where needs to be dissolved.
